Todani is a qualified accountant and trained investment banker who has advised and worked with companies across Southern Africa and around the world. A specialist in capital raising, he has secured significant foreign direct investment into the African continent.  He is also chair of the Judicial Action Group, a peer network of senior judges from across Africa.

Mopati has over 20 years of experience in assisting Southern African companies to improve their business models and raise capital for expansion and development. With a keen insight into the potential many companies have to become major regional players, he advises organisations on best practice when working with an institutional partner to raise financial capital, enhance operating structures and improve governance protocols.

A Sloan Fellow of London Business School, prior to joining Fitzrovian, Oliver was the CEO of the Commonwealth Enterprise & Investment Council, the business and investment arm of the Commonwealth of Nations. He is and has worked as an advisor to governments and businesses across Africa and around the world. Oliver is currently advising the Government of Rwanda on the 2021 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting and Commonwealth Business Forum in Kigali.

Nana is a specialist in investment climate analysis with considerable experience delivering for private and public sector clients operating in the Gulf of Guinea. Having previously worked at the UN Conference on Trade and Development and with an international market intelligence agency, Nana is also the co-founder of Songhai Advisory, a strategic partner to Fitzrovian, that provides intelligence and market analysis to organisations looking to invest in Africa.

Dominic has a degree from Oxford University and was formerly a director on PwC’s forensics and business recovery services global board. He has since worked around the world and across Africa on market entry, service development, capital raising and problem resolution projects, advising blue chip companies, financial institutions, high net worth individuals and family offices.

Following a successful career in management consulting, Dean has focused his career on corporate turnarounds, delivering operating and capital efficiencies to clients such as GSK, BNP Paribas, BP and Vodafone. Dean is also the co-founder of Kwusu, a strategic partner to Fitzrovian, that provides corporate agility and enterprise transformation services to clients in Africa and around the world.

Paul has over 25 years’ experience working at a global level in the real estate, financial services and professional services sectors. He has worked for the International Development arm of the London Stock Exchange, was the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships at Barclays Bank, and Global Special Projects advisor at PwC. Paul sits on the board of the Global Family Office Community and advises businesses and high net worth individuals on capital raising and refinancing projects, the structuring of investments and divestments, and on asset acquisitions.
